Chair's Welcome

On behalf of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Professionals, I’m excited to welcome you to the 2023 Professional Development Conference (PDC), in Dallas, TX from August 23-27, 2023.   NSBE Professionals are celebrating 35 Years of Serving the NSBE mission.  This year is also the 10th year of hosting our in person technical conference.  This year’s theme, Embracing the New A.G.E. thrives to Adapt, Grow and Elevate your conference experience.  We are excited and energized to host you in North Texas at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

The conference planning committee is working hard to bring you opportunities to gain new skills, connect with like-minded professionals, and to highlight advancements within the Black professional technology ecosystem – which includes engineers, designers, scientists, inventors, techies, educators, makers, influencers, and many more. Our events are designed to share knowledge, expertise, and experience.  While you are in Dallas, don’t forget to learn from others in your profession, develop linkages with companies and industry leaders, engage with S.T.E.M. professionals, and enable collaborative innovation for your organization.
