We are currently accepting workshop proposals for NSBE’s 2025 Professional Development Conference. We are seeking dynamic, interactive sessions that challenge perspectives, deliver actionable strategies, and equip attendees with practical tools they can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives.

Workshop Tracks

Designed for professionals aspiring to break into or grow within leadership roles. Sessions in this track should explore leadership development, executive mobility, and strategies for creating lasting cultural impact across industries.

Building Leadership & Influence

For attendees seeking to advance or transition their careers. Sessions should focus on technical skill-building, certifications, job search strategies, and professional networking.

Career Connection & Technical Mastery

Focused on the whole professional, this track emphasizes career longevity, personal wellness, and adaptability. Sessions should provide tools to build resilience and integrate mental, physical, and financial wellness into everyday life.

Elevating Personal & Professional Growth

Geared toward professionals driving innovation and building new ventures. Sessions should explore trends in technology, entrepreneurship, and the intersection of innovation and business.

Speaker Benefits

Selected presenters receive a 20% discount on conference registration (up to three presenters per session)
Recognition on the official PDC speaker lineup

Presenter Requirements

All presenters must submit a video recording of their session prior to the conference
If your content includes proprietary or confidential material that cannot be recorded, please note this in your submission and provide details
Travel and accommodations are not provided; however, a discounted hotel block is available through the PDC website
